Meta is one of the largest social media companies in the world, home to platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

I joined the project as Design Lead, overseeing every aspect of design — from data visualisation to motion — and ensuring it all looked as sharp as it was strategic.

Culture Rising is Meta’s annual topics and trends report — a deep dive into the movements shaping the social landscape and how brands can harness them to truly connect with people.

My task was to create a design system that could communicate these insights to a broad audience of potential advertisers and users, keeping people and storytelling at its heart.

The visuals needed to live within the wider Meta brand system — a strict set of parameters into which I had to carve a distinctive sense of character.
